A test of strength on the golf course, a cheerful get-together, fun in a shared hobby and enjoying nature: the Ladies section of the Ybrig Golf Club offers all of this. Give & Take final tournament, 03 October 2023
A beautiful autumn day with summery temperatures accompanied 24 ladies at this 4-hole final tournament "Give&Take".
At this point, a BIG, BIG THANK YOU from all of us to the secretariat
and all the greenkeepers who supported us with great commitment throughout the year.
Also to Werner Marty and his whole team, who have been very helpful throughout the year.
and spoilt us with friendly hospitality.
At the end of the dinner, our dear Werner offered each lady a very fine dessert.
We would also like to thank our Ladies Captain Rita Meienberg.
Rita once again led us through this season with flying colours.
Dear Rita ..... ❤️ Thank you very much for EVERYTHING.

19 September 2023, Ladies Championship
13 ladies took part in this year's Ladies Championship.
The championships were held in beautiful autumn weather and pleasant temperatures.

Captains Prize, 12 September 2023
In glorious sunshine and for the second time, our Ladies Captain Rita
24 ladies received for the Captains Prize.
Unfortunately, the tournament could not be played to the end as a heavy thunderstorm hit the area.
area. St Peter opened the floodgates pretty wide.
The ladies were quick and very fond of "Schärme".
For the aperitif we would like to thank Susanne Weltin and for the
wonderful, delicious cake at Maren Ohrt's.
All prizes and the dessert were donated by our Captain Rita.

to the ranking ceremony.

2-day excursion to Erlen and Lipperswil, 4/5 September 2023
In glorious late summer weather, 9 ladies met for a 2-day golf outing.
The ladies arrived punctually in Erlen and were welcomed by our former Lady Rosmarie Bernauer.
received a warm welcome.
After refreshments in the restaurant, the 1st flight started at 1000 hrs.
The sun accompanied us throughout the day, which of course made us very happy.
After the game of golf, we travelled to Lipperswil to the Wellnesshotel Golf Panorama.
Together with Rosmarie, we ladies enjoyed a very tasty dinner on the sun terrace
and a nice "Schlumi" in the bar rounded off this marvellous, unique day of golf.
On the second day, the golfers played on the Lipperswil golf course from 1000 hrs.
Once again, we were accompanied by glorious sunshine.
We had a really unique, fantastic 2-day trip with nothing but smiling, smiling ladies.
We had a great time and experienced two happy and wonderful days of golf together.
2 August 2023, Fun Tournament
Today was probably the hottest Ladies' Tuesday of the season for us ladies. ☀️☀️☀️
27 ladies took part in this "hot" Swiss Scramble in teams of 3.
The heat was bravely braved with plenty of water and sun (rain) umbrellas.
Maren baked us a delicious plum cake for a snack.

After the soothing shower, we all enjoyed the delicious, tasty aperitif riche.
All prizes were paid from the Ladies' Fund.

Day trip to Entfelden, 18 July 2023
A small group of our ladies travelled to Entfelden in glorious weather. ☀️☀️☀️
We found a very well-kept course and were always welcomed by friendly club members.
on the pitch and in the restaurant, as they were interested in which club we were travelling from.
After the round, we enjoyed a meal in the restaurant and enjoyed a late lunch.
As the summer holidays had already started, traffic was not a problem at all,
so that we arrived back in Einsiedeln in just under an hour.
This trip was worthwhile in every respect! 👍😊
Invitational, 04 July 2023
For this year's invitational, 19 teams met in Ybrig.
We ladies played "four ball better ball" this year and enjoyed a wonderful day of golf.
Everything was just right: weather, golf, socialising, cuisine and gastronomy.
We would like to thank everyone who has contributed to this.
The two gross prizes were sponsored by our vice-captain Helen Schuler.
She was also responsible for organising the other prizes. Many thanks dear Helen. 😘

2nd Ladies Prize, 20 June 2023
Once again we, 21 ladies, were able to play our 2nd Ladies-Prize in beautiful weather.
It did get very "lush" and our water bottles emptied very quickly as a result.
It rained later during dinner, but we didn't care 😉😉 we sat happily together in the dry.
We all enjoyed this day very much. We ended the day with a delicious, tasty dinner.

Friendship meeting with Ladies Gams, 06 June 2023
In the end, 12 ladies from the Rhine Valley travelled to our friendship meeting with the ladies from GC Gams.
Some had to stock up on a long-sleeved jacket in our pro shop first, as once again a
strong breeze was blowing.
In good weather, eight flights of 4 played a scramble in teams of two.
After a few holes, Peter briefly and forcefully opened his floodgates.
We were able to enjoy the aperitif on the terrace in the last rays of sunshine.
After a delicious dinner, all the golfers waited eagerly for the prize-giving ceremony.
At the end of the meeting, several ladies enjoyed the delicious cakes.

Some of the women soon set off on their longer or shorter journeys home.
It was a great day's golf with some great women! 😊😊😊

Ladies' trip to Leuk, 21 to 24 May 2023
This year's ladies' trip took us to Leuk, Hotel Links Leuk Golfresort, from 21 to 24 May 2023.
Apart from a brief thunderstorm on the last day, we had a very sunny time in Valais. ☀️☀️☀️
With the car of the company Eberhard, Altendorf we were accompanied by our chauffeur Michi
(a Valaisan 😉) safely to our destinations and back.
On the first day we played at GC Sierre, on the second day at GC Crans-sur-Sierre and on the last day in Leuk.
The cheerful group of ladies enjoyed every day. We had great, wonderful golfing days together.
Everyone was visibly delighted and happy. 😊😊😊
Fun tournament, 09 May 2023
Our Ladies Captain Rita warmly welcomed us to our 1st tournament (fun tournament) of the season.
The weather didn't promise too much fun for our first tournament of the season.
We were all the happier that the weather was kind to us ladies.
We were able to organise this tournament in beautiful early summer weather with sunshine and some clouds.
Everyone clearly enjoyed the Las Vegas scramble dice game.
So we had a bit of a game of chance as well as golf 😉.
The big rain didn't come until we were all sitting down to a well-earned aperitif.
The appetisers were delicious and were eaten with great appetite.
