Short biography
Competitive sport was a constant companion in Alex Stohr's life, which is why he decided to train as a Master Performance Coach in 2020. He successfully completed it. By working closely with top coaches worldwide, he acquired a broad knowledge of tour coaching and elite golf. Since then, he has made it his duty to make his findings from the professional tours understandable and applicable for recreational golfers too.
Strengths
Alex Stohr's strengths are personalised, efficient and targeted training, tailored to the abilities and potential of every golfer. His aim is to help all golfers achieve a better and stress-free game. The focus is always on having fun. Alex Stohr's training concept is clearly designed to help golfers enjoy their game more and achieve a better score.
Methods
Alex Stohr uses the latest technologies for his training. For example, he uses the TrackMan 4 golf radar system, which measures and records the trajectory, launch angle, flight curve and rotation rate of the ball. Based on the measured values, Alex Stohr can draw conclusions about the golfers' game and give them specific instructions on how to improve it. Video analysis is also used with the help of the V1 Sports app, which records and analyses the golf swing.
